Those are licence costs to the partner, who sets their own retail price and keeps the margin. Every tier includes unlimited US and Canada calling, unlimited SMS, HD video and built-in AI, with no separate AI licence. Enterprise adds the predictive dialer and a 99.99% uptime SLA. All tiers require a signed partner agreement.

Every tier licenses the full platform — unlimited US/Canada calling, truly unlimited SMS, HD video, and built-in AI (receptionist, chatbot, sentiment, AI Writer) — at $9.99 to $25.99 per seat per month to the partner. There is no AI add-on fee and no per-channel surcharge, so the feature set you resell is the feature set you license.
It is your licence cost as a partner. You set your own retail price, and the difference is your margin. Acepeak publishes the buy side only — we do not set, suggest, or cap what you charge your end customers.
An annual commitment is 20% lower per seat across every tier. You are invoiced once, but seats and add-ons can be added mid-cycle and are pro-rated. If you resell at the same retail price either way, the annual commitment is margin that stays with you.
Professional requires 3 seats, Enterprise 10, and Custom 50. Starter has no seat minimum but still requires a signed partner agreement. Minimum monthly spend and agreement term are set in that agreement rather than published, because they vary with the tier and volume you commit to.
You can either auto-overage at the pay-as-you-go rate ($0.15 per minute, $0.10 per conversation) or pre-buy a volume pack and lock in up to 23% lower per-unit pricing. Unused volume rolls forward for 12 months. Overage is billed to you as the partner, not to your end customer.
No setup fees on any tier. Number porting from a customer’s current provider is free. The only optional fees are listed publicly in the add-ons table above — nothing appears on your first invoice that is not on this page or in your partner agreement.
Voice calling, SMS, video, and the admin console. The SLA is measured monthly and credits are issued to you automatically if we breach it. Starter is 99.9%, Professional 99.95%, Enterprise 99.99%; Custom agreements can carry financial penalties beyond standard credits. Whether you pass those terms through to your own customers is your commercial decision.
